SHOPPING
- The prices mentioned along with the products are F.O.B.,
Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
- Packing and handling charges shall be levied extra at 10% of the
total purchase price.
- Shipping charges shall be levied
as per actual at the time of sales.
- In few cases, the paintings may not have Frames, which shall
be mentioned with the product details with the thumbnail.
- No prior intimation shall be furnished for changes
in the
prices of the sketches.
- The thumbnails furnished in the galleries; may
vary, with the actual Potraits. The Guest or Customer may not be able to view
the original colors of the paintings due to browser settings
or any other uploading problems. The up loadings are done by
using a scanner and at times the brightness
and contrast of the paintings do not
come as specific as in the Paintings.
- Payments to be made by Demand drafts / Banker's cheques OR
cheques are to be credited to "M/S SAAGUR TRADE
LINK PVT. LTD." payable at Bhavnagar, Gujarat
(India). OR by COD (i.e. Cash On Delivery) service courtesy
the Indian Postal Service.
- In case of Demand Drafts/Banker's Cheques and Cheques the
merchandise shall be dispatched immediately on clearance of
the same. And in case of COD the merchandise shall be
dispatched within 24 hrs. on receipt of
re-confirmation mail
for the order by the customer.
- All goods shall be shipped as per receipt of your instruction
of mode of shipment in the order form or by E-mails.
- All the framed paintings shall be packed in thermocol sheets and
cardboard packing. The management
does not take any liability for damage to frames or glass in case
of Framed paintings due to rough handling during shipments
, as we
take umpteen precautions prior to shipments.
- Payments are accepted in all foreign currencies as per the
prevalent exchange rate.
